Online Return Policy

we are trying to make Returns or Exchanges as easy as possible, but we need a little help from you. Please, read all the below information to ensure that your process will be as fast and smooth as possible.

Returns & Exchanges – within 14 days after you receive your order. You are responsible for any return shipping charges.

Your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached and in original packaging (especially shoe boxes and some jewelry)

Items not eligible for returns/exchanges:  Jewelry, Sunglasses, Lingerie, Fragrances and Body Care Products, Footwear, all Sale items and Gift cards.

BEFORE YOU SHIP YOUR ITEM/S TO US, you must e-mail us first at help@frinjefashion.com and let us know the name on the order and what are you returning/exchanging and why. After our confirmation, you can then package your item, insert copy of your invoice or our confirmation e-mail into the package and ship it back to us at your expense to:
